Websites, resources & support

Kooth – a free, safe and anonymous mental health and wellbeing online platform for young people. You can access support forums, self-help through magazine articles and an activities hub, as well as online counselling from qualified practitioners.

BEAT – offers information and support for anybody affected by eating disorders

Childline – if you’re under 19 you can confidentially call, chat online or email about any problem, big or small. Call 0800 1111.

The Mix – offers support to anyone under 25 about anything that’s troubling you.

Young Minds – visit the website for useful advice and resources or for urgent support with a mental health crisis, text YM to 85258 for free, 24/7 text support.

Warwickshire Pride – support for the LGBTQ+ community, including any young people with questions about their gender identity or sexuality.
