What Our New Members of Staff Say!

Kiera Dickie – Learning Disability Practitioner, C4H, 2023

“As a new starter at C4H I couldn’t be happier with how things are going! From my initial interview to my first day in the office and each day since I have felt totally welcomed and supported. There is a fantastic structure of support and everyone across the service have been brilliant in helping me settle into my role. I have had so many people approach me to offer shadowing opportunities to really get to know our service and the day to day life in the office and community.”

Stacey Potter – School Staff Nurse, C4H, 2024

“I have felt so welcomed into the team, everyone I have met is so friendly and happy to talk about their role and what they do within the team. Everyone I have met has taken an interest in my background and has made an effort to say hi and get to know a little about me. There is a positive morale throughout the team which makes the office feel a very welcome place to be.”

Leanne Joyce – Family Brief Intervention Worker, C4H, 2024

“Starting something new can be daunting but as soon as I walked into the office on my first day I felt at ease. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. My line manager and colleagues were supportive and there was a clear induction plan in place. I’ve been given so many learning opportunities and already feel a part of the team.”

Stephanie McKee – School Staff Nurse, C4H, 2024

“During my first week at Connect for Health everyone I have met has been very friendly, approachable, and kind which has really put me at ease starting a new job. The working environment is warm and friendly and there is always a good atmosphere, I feel I am being well supported by my colleagues, I feel comfortable asking questions or for help whenever I need it.

Since joining Connect for Health I have had training and learning opportunities offered to me, I have completed various mandatory training modules and I have had learning opportunities to shadow my colleagues on school visits and during workshops.”
