Partners

Considering current circumstances, we wanted to provide you with an update regarding our revised service provision. Compass will continue to offer a highly professional and accessible service to children and young people across Warwickshire, which we are now pleased to confirm includes the safe return of face to face contact, alongside the use of virtual interventions where appropriate.

Please continue to refer as normal. Be assured that the Service continues to prioritise all new and existing service users. New referrals will be processed using our normal operating procedures. We appreciate that it may be difficult to obtain written consent in the current situation, so where possible we will contact the young person being referred to obtain this. We would still expect the young person to have been consulted by you in the first instance before you complete the referral.

Please note that we are now able to offer face-to-face group workshops (for young people) where it is safe to do so.

We will continue to offer workforce training to professionals via platforms such as MS Teams and Zoom. Should you wish to speak with a member of the team please phone us on 01788 578227.  You can also request a call-back via our website.

Alternatively, we offer a free confidential text messaging service where young people can send a text to our Chathealth number on 07507 331 525. Our opening hours are Mon-Thurs 09:00 to 17:00 and Friday 09:00 to 16:30.

Please do not send any identifiable information to named individual Compass email addresses as it is not secure; please use compass.warksypsduty@nhs.net.

Best wishes,

The Compass Team
