Compass Changing Lives has started a Wellbeing Focus Group with the intention of nurturing wellbeing among staff.

As a Mental Health Support Team, wellbeing is at the heart of what Changing Lives does. As part of that, there is a need to “practice what we preach” and make sure we are doing everything we can to ensure colleague wellbeing.

Compass Changing Lives already strives to be an open and supportive environment with a number of active wellbeing initiatives, but there’s always more to do. This focus group will be key to finding out what those things may be, and then making sure they happen.

The focus group has already discussed a number of important avenues to colleague wellbeing, big and small, and will be reaching out to our nearly 100 colleagues to find out what they need to make their working day that little bit better.

As a group, they are optimistic about what they will achieve, and looking forward to sharing these ideas with the rest of Changing Lives.
