‘I arrived with the usual misconception but was pleasantly surprised. Nicola was extremely warm, helpful and friendly which really helped to put me at ease and make it easier to open up about my problems.
I think its fantastic how quickly help is offered and brilliant to see all the varied options there are for treatment.
Overall the experience has made me feel a lot more hopeful about treatment and for the future in general.
