Compass launches it’s second ‘Wellbeing Wakeup Video’ and competition!

Compass is delighted to announce our second ‘Wellbeing Wake-Up’ session is now LIVE!

This weeks bitesize session is based on Take Notice which is one of the 5 ways to wellbeing and can be found on our YouTube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXumjginrAvOILD-1PkJF_g/  .

‘Wellbeing Wake-up’ sessions are aimed at primary aged children, parents/carers and education staff.

Here is some more exciting news!

Here at Compass and its trading arm Positive Effect we want to celebrate all the fun activities you and your families are doing at home, we have been so pleased with your Wellbeing Wake-Up efforts last week that we wanted to hold a competition for you all, this week.

So if you would like to be in with a chance of winning a Junior Cluedo board game to play at home with your family, here is what you need to do.

To be in with a chance to win all you need to do is complete our second Wellbeing Wakeup activity which can be found on our YouTube channel. We want you to TAKE NOTICE by drawing or writing down 5 things you can see, 4 things you can feel, 3 things you can hear, 2 things you can smell, 1 thing you can taste. Just like the one Becks did in session two.  

Then take pictures of your take notice chart and post them on twitter @EffectSchool with the #WellbeingWakeUp remember to include your first name and age.

The competition ends on Tuesday 2nd June at 5pm. The winner will be announced via twitter on Thursday 4th June.
