Change Makers in new video to promote their family work

Published on: May 4, 2022

Our Change Makers team, which works as part of Connect for Health in Warwickshire to provide healthy lifestyles services, are starring in a new video to promote their face to face sessions with families.

The video, produced by our in-house C4H marketing team, shows workers in a family session at a primary school in Warwickshire, following the recommencement of after school clubs after lockdown restrictions eased.

In the video, workers together explain: “At the Change Makers after school  club, we deliver nutrition activities.

“We prepare healthy foods and each  week a healthy snack is provided.

“We play games for the whole family to enjoy.

They explain that everyone who comes to the sessions gets an activity booklet which records families’ progress through the programme. The booklet includes useful tips to help and is designed to work as a resource even after completing the programme.
