April saw our first ever closed Facebook group to allow parents to discuss between themselves, with input from the school nursing teams, issues they are concerned about. The first chat was about Behaviour Management and lasted over an hour. The discussion allowed parents to share what worked from them as well as receiving tips and advice from the Compass team.
Maggie Clarke , Assistant Director Universal Services , said “ The call was brilliant , and allowed us to use technology so that people across the county could get together for a discussion from the comfort of their own homes. We will certainly be doing more in the future.”
