Safe East hosted a stall at the Tower Hamlets Together (THT) Summer Fair which was held on Thursday 30th May 2019. We provided advice and information about the services we have on offer to almost 70 professionals from various teams within the council, primary care services, voluntary sector and many other health related organisations. Many of the professionals were keen to learn more about ChatHealth and referral routes into Safe East.
On display were our promotional material and resources including our STI, Drugs and Alcohol kits, service leaflets, and other leaflets from national organizations such as the Family Planning Association and HIT and STI testing kits. Also included was our new range of EXS flavoured condoms which caused quite a giggle… strawberry sundae, bubblegum. The sperm key rings and Safe East sweets were by far our most popular freebies on the day! We were a strong contender for the “Best display” award, so we look forward to bagging the prize next year!
