Compass Your Voice staff survey

Published on: February 19, 2024

A new Compass survey has revealed that 98% of its staff use the organisation’s values in their work every day.

Also, 95% of the over 300 staff say they do their best work for Compass and that they apply its principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at work.

And 94% agree that they understand Compass’s purpose and strategy.

The figures are published in Compass’s Your Voice survey of staff, which was conducted in October, 2023.

In all, 84% of staff completed the survey.

Kim Jones, Compass People Director, said: “This figure, in itself, is an incredibly positive indicator of colleague engagement.
