Looking after your own mental health

In order for us to support our wellbeing it is important that we try to maintain and boost our own health and happiness. We sometimes think or believe that to boost our wellbeing we need to take large steps or make significant changes within our lives, this does not need to be that case, understanding and reflecting on what helps to bring you joy can create some simple go to habits that we can call upon to boost our wellbeing and inject happiness when we need it.

The New Economics Foundation created a set of evidence based steps that can enhance our wellbeing, help us cope, survive and even thrive in the face of uncertainty.
