You’ll be part of a close-knit team of seasoned professionals who know they’re using their first-class skills to make a real time difference to the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society.
We need a highly motivated professional. The role combines new business development with account and project management to implement our trading arm strategy, with the aim of maximising income from training and consultancy services.
About Positive Effect
Positive Effect is the trading arm of Compass, providing practical and effective health and wellbeing consultation, solutions and training.
We train and advise public sector organisations so they can run their own effective, preventative workplace wellbeing initiatives. The work we do positively affects the wellbeing of the people who receive our training and also the people they’re in contact with. It’s very rewarding!
The vision is to improve people’s mental wellbeing by reaching them through school or work. All profit is used for charitable purpose, to support the health and wellbeing of the wider community.
As the Business Development Manager for Positive Effect, you will have experience in successfully generating new business opportunities and achieving product sales. Experience in the delivery of health and wellbeing services or training and consultancy would be of benefit.
You must possess excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships. It’s important to us that our Compass values of integrity, respect, reliability and of being solution focused are a natural fit.
