We know how difficult and unsettling the current times can be for children, young people and their families. We are here to help in Warwickshire: you can contact a school nurse for advice on a wide range of health and wellbeing topics. It could be that as a child or young person, you’re feeling nervous about going back to school – or that as a parent/carer, you have concerns about your child’s health, wellbeing or development. Whatever the issue, you can contact a school nurse for friendly, confidential support.
Young people aged 11-19 – text ChatHealth (confidential text messaging service) on 07507 331 525
Parents/carers – text Parentline (confidential text messaging service) on 07520 619 376
Main service line 03300 245 204
Children and young people can also ask a member of staff at their school to make an appointment for them to speak to their school nurse.
Service opening hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4.30pm Friday
