Meet the team
Hi I'm Alice, and I have a degree in public services. In a previous role I worked with young offenders at Oakhill Secure Training Centre and with adults at HMP Swansea Prison, where I specialised in substance misuse. I enjoy being given the opportunity to help and support young people to achieve their goals.
Interesting fact – I am originally from Wales and i love dogs.
Hi I’m Steph, a Humanistic Integrative qualified counsellor, so I consider the whole person – mind, body and spirit – and I specialise in person-centred cognitive behavioural and transactional analysis therapies. I have many years experience of working with young people and enjoy working with them one-to-one to help them find autonomy in their lives and ensure they are able to achieve what they hope to. I am pleased to be able to offer a safe space for young people, without judgement in order to build a rapport and enable trusting relationships.
Interesting fact – I enjoy playing the piano, baking and spending time with family.
Hi I'm Zoe, I have been working in the drug/alcohol field for 18 years, the past 7 yrs have been in management roles.
At Compass I feel very privileged to be part of such an exceptional team who all work hard to ensure the young people in Milton Keynes are offered individually tailored interventions and support, to enable them to make informed choices and lead safer, healthier and happier lives.
