Where We Work

Compass delivers more than 40 services across the UK. Each year, we see more than 15,000 people, helping each to towards a stable and sustainable life, free from substance misuse.

Our services provide access to treatment and rehabilitation for individuals at all stages of their journey to abstinence. We are a major provider of open access and drop in services (Tier 2), community prescribing, shared care and structured day programmes (Tier 3), young people’s substance misuse services and specialist programmes to help substance misusers enter employment, training or education and find stable accommodation.

Our wide range of services provide structured and unstructured programmes for diverse user groups, including young people, BME drug users, crack users, drug using offenders, the homeless and families. We work with young people, families and adults in custody and the community.

Operations are organised in three regions, under the leadership of the Area Directors for the North, Midlands and London and the South East. A fourth specialist directorate for quality and clinical governance is led by the Clinical Director.
