An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Administrator to join our new Young People’s Integrated Health and Wellbeing Service in Tower Hamlets.

Commissioned by Tower Hamlets Council, this is a new and highly innovative service which in conjunction with our partner – Kings College Hospital Trust - will deliver a range of universal, targeted and specialist health and wellbeing interventions to young people across Tower Hamlets. The evidenced based interventions delivered will focus on three strands of care specific to young people’s risk taking behaviours: risky sexual behaviour, substance misuse and emotional wellbeing.
About the role
You will have lead responsibility for establishing integrated administrative systems across the whole service including how information is collected, used, stored and analysed to ensure that the service is aligned to best meet local needs and can contribute to annual plans. Providing professional information, advice and support to the team in order to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardised information governance systems and excellent customer focused care within the service. Discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times, providing all relevant data reports to support local and national reporting requirements and contract monitoring arrangements.
Educated to GCSE level A to C or equivalent in Mathematics and English, you will also have an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent and a Level 2 in IT skills or equivalent experience.
You will have experience of:-
- Using a range of management information systems
- Digital tools and applications
- Working in a busy office and establishing office systems
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, producing reports and managing and analysing data
- Using web-based platforms for communication and engagement
