An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and forward-thinking CEO to develop and shape the future direction of Compass in challenging and evolving markets.

Compass works in communities currently within the Midlands, Yorkshire and London providing innovative and supportive health and wellbeing services for children, young people and adults. Our services include school age health programmes, early interventions for vulnerable young people and substance misuse treatment.

The CEO role offers an exciting mix of strategic leadership, operational delivery and partnership development. Working alongside a committed Board of Non-Executive Directors and senior management team, you will bring drive and passion to enhance the charity's impact and the support it provides to the communities in which we operate.

You will have substantial senior management experience within a health and/or social care organisation focused on caring for vulnerable people. With highly developed leadership skills you will be able to motivate and inspire others. You will be creative in identifying and developing the right opportunities for growth having a track record in building successful relationships with key stakeholders to secure new business.
