Warwickshire School Health & Wellbeing Service– Stratford upon Avon
Full-time: 37 hours (all year round) We will consider applications for part-time hours/job share
Salary Scale: £21,777 - £28,323
If you are a nurse and want to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families across Warwickshire then we need you to help us deliver a dynamic and innovative School Health & Wellbeing Service.
You will be based from our Stratford hub which operates across the South of the County. You will work from a variety of settings including schools, partner agencies, children’s centres and homes. You will be required to work flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the school aged population.
You will be an active member of the team working to deliver the Healthy Child Programme (5-19) within a locality and support a skill mix team to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the School Health and Wellbeing Service.
There will be a requirement for you to work independently and autonomously, to manage your own workload within a corporate caseload. There will also be a requirement to carry out some early evening and weekend working based on evidenced need.
You will share Compass’ commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
An Enhanced DBS check will be undertaken before appointment can be confirmed.
