If you are a qualified nurse and want to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families across Warwickshire then we need you to help us deliver a dynamic and innovative School Health and Wellbeing Service.
You will be based out of one of our Warwickshire hubs (Stratford, Rugby, or Caldecote) and will work from a variety of settings including schools, children’s centres, homes and partner agency buildings. You will work flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the school aged population.
You will support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (5-19) within a cluster/locality reporting directly to the designated School Nurse.
You will facilitate and deliver a range of assessments, brief interventions, proactive public health initiatives and work both independently and as part of a multi-agency team around the family. Safeguarding will be an integral aspect of the role.
You must hold a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
