The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly efficient Administrator to join Compass Sort It, our Young People’s Drug & Alcohol Service in Enfield.

About us

Compass currently works in communities within the Midlands, Yorkshire and London, providing innovative and integrated health and wellbeing services for children, young people and adults. At Compass Sort It, we provide a range of specialist interventions and vital support for children, young people and their families across the borough of Enfield.

About the role

Your role as Administrator will be to support management and staff in delivering effective services to clients, commissioners and other partner organisations who work with and alongside Compass. 

You will be responsible for providing reception cover, acting as the first point of contact for telephone and email enquiries, as well as welcoming visitors to the service and ensuring their needs are met.  

You will provide professional information, advice and support to the team in order to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardised information governance systems and excellent customer focused care within the service.

You will also be responsible for providing all relevant data reports to support local and national reporting requirements and contract monitoring arrangements.

You may occasionally be required to work in the evening and at the weekend; however, in the event of this, due notice will be given.


The Person

You will be highly organised with excellent administration and IT skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Office and inputting and producing statistical data and reports. You will be used to working in a busy office/customer service environment, with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines, as well as the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining discretion and confidentiality and adhering to data protection legislation at all times.
