If you are a school nurse and want to make a difference to the lives of children, young people and their families across Warwickshire then we need you to help us deliver a dynamic and innovative School Health & Wellbeing Service.

You will be based from our Caldecote hub which operates across the North of the County. You will work from variety of settings – schools, partner agencies, children’s centres and homes working flexibly and creatively to best engage and meet the diverse health needs of the school aged population.

You will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme (5-19) within a cluster/locality and provide professional leadership to a skill mix team to enable the efficient and effective delivery of the service.  

You will facilitate and deliver a range of assessments, brief interventions, proactive public health initiatives and work both independently and as part of a multi agency team around the family. Safeguarding will be an integral aspect of the role.

You must hold a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse qualification (School Nursing) and possess a full driving licence and have access to your own transport.
