About Compass REACH, North Yorkshire Service for Young People

Compass REACH is a county-wide service offering both psychosocial and clinical interventions to young people who are involved in risk-taking behaviours relating to substance misuse and poor sexual health.

In 2015, Compass REACH entered a new phase in the care and support it can offer young service users, following the award of the ‘targeted’ element of the Healthy Child Programme. This is delivered alongside Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust (HDFT).
