Services for Adults
Compass Milton Keynes – Adult Services
If you’re struggling with alcohol or drug use, you can turn to the supportive, compassionate and experienced team at Compass Milton Keynes to help get your life back in order.
Tackling addiction together
You can access a whole raft of effective services, support and advice in complete confidence. We’ll listen, assess your specific circumstances and develop a treatment and support programme that’s right for you, working with a host of partner organisations in the area.
Recovery and treatment services in the community
From our centre at 33-37 Farthing Grove we deliver medically assisted recovery services and a range of psychosocial support. We also go out into the community to engage people who need our help and get them onto our treatment programmes.
Support programmes designed to meet your needs
We offer two modular programmes that provide individually tailored recovery plans. These are the Compass Choice group work package and our Natural Highs programme.
In addition, we work in close partnership with adult Mental Health Services and Children and Family Services to provide specialist support through our Dual Diagnosis and Hidden Harm programmes. These schemes support parents with alcohol and drug use problems and those with mental health issues, providing access to our services and improving treatment opportunities for the most vulnerable individuals.
We also offer a safe and discreet needle exchange service.
