Vacancies on the Compass Staff Forum
What is it?
The Staff Forum is designed to support two way communication within Compass. It meets quarterly and considers topical issues of importance to staff as well as wider issues affecting Compass.
What happens at the meetings?
Elected representatives bring issues that have been raised by staff in their area to the forum to be discussed openly with other elected representatives as well as senior management. The forum is also used as a method of consultation so the views of employees can be taken into account before final decisions are made on matters that may affect you.
